Now that Showtime is already crowding Pacquiao-Mosley as the Fight of the Year, Perhaps its not too late to promote this made for greed promotion.

This foregoing fight makes no sense with the exception that it creates plenty of money for Pacquiao basically because Mosley is the prominent name he can find who doesn't warned him.

Well, be careful what you would like for. Sugar Shane is most serious and dangerous when not much is anticipated.

It probably may not happen like this against Pacquiao. This merely could appear a good fight. Pacquiao is supposed to win. When he lost, he almost everything to lose, and nothing to gain. Pacquiao-Mosley are dangerous fights.

I never expect Mosley to win this but I would surely throw a few trust on him. I really hope he will be ready to fight 12 instead of two .

Pacquiao, Mayweather camps mum after mediation hearing on megafight

Representatives for Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. wrapped up a lengthy mediation session Tuesday night with no word on any progress on the drug-testing issues endangering the boxers' prospective March 13 bout. Pacquiao promoter Bob Arum and Mayweather's promotional team all said they had been told to make no public comments after their meeting in Santa Monica. The mediation finished nearly nine hours after it began in front of Daniel Weinstein, a retired federal judge. Arum's Top Rank and Mayweather's representatives at Golden Boy Promotions agreed to the mediation in an effort to resolve their dispute over the methods and frequency of drug testing for the bout, which will be held at the MGM Grand Garden in Las Vegas if a compromise is reached. Although both fighters have agreed to extensive urine testing, Mayweather has demanded random blood testing as well. Pacquiao has balked at unlimited blood testing, instead proposing two blood tests before the fight and another immediately afterward. Pacquiao also complicated the negotiations by filing a lawsuit last week alleging Mayweather and most of his camp's key players defamed him by falsely accusing him of using performance-enhancing drugs.

SARANGANI, Philippines, Dec. 26 (UPI) -- Welterweight boxing champion Manny Pacquiao says he will file libel, slander and defamation suits against challenger Floyd Mayweather Jr. The suits, which will include Oscar de la Hoya's Golden Boy Promotions, will follow an impasse during negotiations for a March 13 Pacquiao-Mayweather title fight. Mayweather claimed Pacquiao would not comply with Olympic style drug testing as outlined and mandated by the United States Anti Doping Agency. "Enough is enough," Pacquiao said Friday on his Web site. "These people … think it is a joke and have a right to accuse someone wrongly of using steroids or other performance-enhancing drugs. I think they have gone overboard. I maintain and assure everyone that I have not used any form or kind of steroids." Pacquiao added he would enlist the help of Top Rank's Bob Arum, the original promoter of the multimillion-dollar bout.

According to Phil boxing, Freddie Roach wants WBO light welterweight champion Timothy Bradley to be one of the sparring partners for WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao to help get him ready for his March 13th fight against unbeaten Floyd Mayweather Jr. at the MGM Grand, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Roach said “Other than Amir Khan as Pacquiao’s main sparring partner, I like to include Timothy Bradley in my list.” It’s unknown if Bradley, a great fighter in his own right, would be interested in being reduced to that of being a sparring partner. However, with the deep pockets of the Pacquiao team, they could probably dig up enough money to entice Bradley to come train with Pacquiao, as long as it didn’t interfere with any of Bradley’s planned fights. It’s hard to imagine Bradley, arguably the best light welterweight in the division, being below Khan, who hasn’t proven himself as of yet in the light welterweight division. Bradley, 26, has beaten the following fighters in 2009: Kendall Holt, Nate Campbell and Lamont Peterson. And in 2008, Bradley defeated Junior Witter and Edner Cherry. If Roach can get Bradley to help Pacquiao with training, then Manny will have a great shot at beating Mayweather come March 13th. Bradley has incredibly fast hands and is very good at fighting both on the inside and outside.
